hi community my kaspersky does not detect dangerous/pishing pdf files what should i do to make kaspersky detect pdfs

As far as i know there is no method to make disinfection faster,
could you however please provide some additional  information about your issue.

Kaspersky  is using heuristic analysis  

so it doesn’t make a different which product i have

I agree with you that the new interface makes it more difficult to find settings, especially in product settings. At first, I didn't know where the setting I wanted to set. Such as Network settings and add a trusted address. In fact, I prefer to have a setting search function, so that I can find the setting by entering the keyword of the setting item. Now we can only accept this interface, it takes time to learn and familiarize with this interface. It's a great pity.

a version that have more performance settings then the normal versions, the new settings is just to boost your fps in games.

i think the gui on the new kaspersky 21.4 beta is not as easy to use as the old gui on kaspersky 21.3 so u guys could maybe make a setting that can turn the gui back to the old one but still keep the new features

hi guys i wonder what is the best settings on KIS for best protection but also best preformance on the program. Why i ask this is because when i scan with the program on my desktop is freeze sometimes.

Hi @Snowwolfboi,

Kaspersky can override your setting. If they think the files need to be rescanned, they will do so.

Even if no new patch has just been installed, the files will be rescanned from time to time according to a specific scheme.

Hello @Snowwolfboi,

one possibility is that scan technologies like iSwift and iChecker is not applied after a patch. So all files are scanned, which of course takes longer.
With the next scans the scan will be faster again.
