Which Addins are disabled when the crash occurs? Has KAV just been updated? IF "yes" Please follow these steps: Uninstall Mail application Shutdown device, using FULL shutdown Start device, sign-in, make sure KAV is active Download & install Mail application Shutdown device, using FULL shutdown Start device, sign-in, make sure KAV is active Start Mail application - recheck issue?
