  1. You can create your personal account (but here you are in corporate section of this forum). And patch will be out for everyone gradually not only for you. I dont know why getting an update after 4 months can be that difficult for a service that I paid for and now I have to spend twice of that of my time to get updated. Include it in the updates then with one click on update we receive it, what is GRADUALLY ?!!!
  2. Why is it like to create an account for corporate? I am using as personal and I have the same issue. please send me the patch if you have it. I see this thread opened 4 months ago, it is unprofessional that the patch is not included in updates. Please tell me what we have to do asap, since you dont have chat support or any kind like that.
  3. Also , please check if folder "C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\" contains "DMP" files. That is the worse answer ever seen, that a VIRUS detector and killer cannot check its own integrity !

Which Addins are disabled when the crash occurs? Has KAV just been updated? IF "yes" Please follow these steps: Uninstall Mail application Shutdown device, using FULL shutdown Start device, sign-in, make sure KAV is active Download & install Mail application Shutdown device, using FULL shutdown Start device, sign-in, make sure KAV is active Start Mail application - recheck issue? Fixed👏 Mail application still crashing😥please let us know? Thank you🙏 This is absolutely wrong, what about wrecking my computer and the reassemble it ?!
