  1. Thank you! I've found this guide: I'll check this one first, but if it provides no solution, I'll contact the support.
  2. Curious, we didn't have any problems with the Outlook add in, when we were using the 12.3 version of the Endpoint Security. The problem is not present on clients using M365 even if they are using the x64 version.
  3. Hello! We've just started upgrading our endpoint security softwares from 12.3 to 12.4 version, and it seems to cause problems to our users who are still using Office 2016. The Kaspersky outlook add-in slows, and crashes the mail client. We've managed to find a workaround simply by disabling the outlook add-in. Is there a more viable solution, to solve this problem?
  4. Hello! Using KSC 14.2 We are running Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows Web control settings on our clients and its working really well. I was wondering if we could implement these settings for an RDP Terminal server farm? I didn't find the appropiate policy settings for Kaspersky Security for Windows server. Is it possible to install the Endpoint Security client on a server? Will the Web Control component work on a server machine? Best regards, Lajos
  5. Hello! Is there a way to stop a Kaspersky endpoint application (server and client) from reporting on Windows update statuses? We are not using KSC as a WSUS server, we are patching our infrastructure via SCCM every month, but all of my devices are shown as Critical Status with "Check for Windows updates havent been performed for a long time" Is there a policy setting i need to disable, or something in the administration server properties, that disables this patch reporting ability? Thanks in advance. lajoss
  6. Hello! We've just set up the Web Console to use custom ssl cert. Accesing the web console is now working through HTTPS, but since using the new cert for securing access to the web console, Adding new iOS devices to the MDM server is impossible, because the link contains the downloadable iOS MDM profile sent to phones are not working anymore. Instead of downloading the iOS MDM profile, it just brings up the Web Console login page. We are using a wildcard ssl cert, and left all of the ports on the default setting. Reverting the web console to use a self issued cert solves the problem, but then accessing a web console from a browser is not secure. Any idea, how to solve this? Your help is appreciated! Thanks Edit: We are using KSC 14.2
