Hello, To uninstall Kaspersky Security 10.1 for Windows Server: 1. In the Start menu, select All programs > Kaspersky Security 10.1 for Windows Server > Modify or Remove. The Setup Wizard's Modify, repair or remove window opens. Installing and removing the application 64 2. Select Remove software components. Click the Next button. The Advanced uninstallation settings window opens. To Uninstall Kaspersky Network Agent, Please go into Control Panel>Programs and Features> Select Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent and remove it. Best Regards -

Hello Kcwang, Please note, Microsoft Security Essentials is on of the incompatible app with Kaspersky. You can uninstall Kaspersky security for servers using the removal utility from your start menu. Hello Rasheeth, The user password request for sudo is a Mac OS requirement, not a specific limitation on the Kaspersky removal. There are ways to remove the requirement and that is a operation within the MacOS. However, that operation is a bad think from a security perspective. Did you try the remote uninstallation task via the Kaspersky Security Center? Hello 1Kingdom1, You will need to Enable Password protection Settings in KES Policy to enable specific users to be able to pause protection. They will require pw to perform this function. See steps below: From KSC > Managed Devices> Polices Tab>KES Policy Property -Go to “General Settings>Interface>Password Protection “Settings” -Check the box to “Enable Password Protection” -Click “Add” Button and Select user -Under Permissions, Check the box for “Exit the Application” -Click “OK” to Save Settings Best Regards -

Hello Ing. Please Run “Find Vulnerabilities and Required Updates” task and Run this task on All Managed Devices before generating the Report. If you are missing this task, See steps below: From KSC >Managed Devices > Tasks Tab. -Click “New Task”, -Task Wizard will start. -Expand “Advanced” option from “Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server” -Select “Find Vulnerabilities and required updates” - Proceed through the Wizard by using the Next button until Finish than Run the task. Hello IslamMohie, You are required to have Special License (Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business – Advance) to do 3rd party updates from KSC. Please make sure KSC is activated with required License than create following tasks to deploy 3rd party updates: 1. Create the Find vulnerabilities and required updates taskhttps://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/13/en-US/183915.htm 2. Hello Umair, With KSC the KSC upgrade, KES policy plugin should have also upgraded to latest version. For this reason KSN Statement needs to be re-accepted from KES policy.
