  1. Hi,

    One of our branches has computers connected through VPN (Fortinet), the computers have the network agent and KES installed , can ping the administration server , but the agent fails to connect to the administration serveur (error x0502 socket connection timeout). As a result , these computers are not detected by the administration server and cannot be administrated (It was working at some point since there was a last connection since april 2023, I don't know what changed exactly ) . I attached a screenshot of klnagchk utility

    Thanks in advance

  2. Hi,

    When I try to see the available updates in (Advanced -> Application Management -> Application Updates) , I get the following error 'Cannot load the update list , the content is not ready, please retry later'

    Note : the attached screenshot is in french , I tried translating the text , it might not be reflective to what is shown in the english version

    Thanks in advance

  3. Hello,

    While trying to migrate our company computers to the latest version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security I had some problems with some computers where the installation failed and now the the application doesn't start. I tried uninstalling it using the uninstall task, it finished successfully and the computer is rebooted but KES is still present and not working ! I want to know if it is possible to deploy kavremover silently using an installation task.

    Thanks in advance

  4. I checked the log , Three main error messages are mentioned :

    - Database error occurred: #1963 (11) Database connection is broken "11 '[DBNETLIB][ConnectionWrite (WrapperWrite().]General network error. Consult your network documentation{08S01};' LastStatement='SELECT @@SPID;'"

    - Database error occurred: #1963 (11) Database connection is broken "11 '[DBNETLIB][ConnectionWrite (send().]General network error.Consult your network documentation{08S01};' LastStatement='tsk_ri_get_subpkg_start'"

    - Connection to main administration server failed.
    #1282 Error in socket operation. Operation timed out. Location

    . Our branch that encountered the problem said this happened after a backup task was performed (How is that even possible ??).

    In short... yes

    In short... yes If you have configured a hierarchy of servers, in the task of downloading updates to the storage on a slave server (without Internet access), specify the main server as the source of updates.

    Please note - in order for all products on the slave server to be updated (if they differ from the set of products of the main server), at least all plugins for the products of the slave server must be installed on the master server (and installation packages must also be created... just in case )

    For example

    main server - KES, KSWS

    slave server - KES, KES for Linux (KESL)

    Accordingly, on the main page there should be an additional plugin for KESL

    Thank you for your answer !

  6. Hello,

    We have multiple Kaspersky administration servers in different geographical locations (There is connectivity between the servers). One of the servers doesn't have access to a stable internet connection and fails to download KES updates. Is there a way to download these updates from another Administration server who has access to Internet  (the main server for example) ?

    Thanks in advance.

  7. Hello,

    My company has KES installed on a remote site and managed by KSC. I only have access to the server where KSC is deployed. For some reason they changed the IP addressing of the site including the server that hosts KSC. The problem now is that Network Agent on the machines still points to the old KSC IP address (I verified this by requesting remote access to one of the computers and using klcsngtgui.exe ). Now the problem is that KSC is not detecting the Network agent on these machine (only on the one I connected to remotely and fixed the address using klmover.exe). I tried reinstalling the network agent remotely using an admin account (I changed the package settings to point to the new address) but it did not work (the network agent reinstall successfully but it's settings do not update).

    I want to know if there is a way to fix the addresses on these machines centrally without having to connect to them one by one

    Thanks in advance.
