Beste Berny, Dank voor uw reactie. Het door u omschreven probleem lijkt indd exact op het probleem waar ik tegenaan loop. Alleen gaat het hier NIET om KIS of KTS maar om Kaspersky Antivirus. Hoe dan ook ik zal contact opnemen met de Technical Support.

Recent heeft KAspersky Antivirus besloten om een automatische een update/upgrade te doen van Kaspersky Antivirus versie 20.0.14.1085 naar versie 21.1.15.500. Na de automatische upgrade/installatie van de nieuwe Kaspersky Antivirus versie 21.1.15.500 krijg ik ineens een Algemene Voowaarden scherm die ik nooit eerder heb gehad. Het maakt niet uit wat ik doe (klikken op accepteren, of niet, scherm sluiten) Kaspersky Antivirus gaat verder en verwijderd zo maar mijn legale licentie (95 van de 365 dagen over voor 5 apparaten) en geeft daarna aan dat er geen licentie beschikbaar is en of ik een nieuwe licentie wil toevoegen. Wanneer ik dit doe en opnieuw de legale licentie key (95 van 365 dagen over voor 5 apparaten) toevoeg waar Kaspersky Antivirus 20.0.14.1085 voorheen mee werkte voor de automatische upgrade krijg ik een Error die aangeeft "The Activation code does not apply to this application" Het maakt niet uit wat ik doe, ik kan de licentie key niet gebruiken om KAspersky Antivirus versie 21.1.15.500 te activeren. Ik heb een aantal dingen geprobeerd. Ik heb Kaspersky Antivirus verwijderd via Software/programmas verwijderen en via de Kaspersky Antivirus removal tool. Ik heb verschillende versies van Kaspersky Antivirus versie 21.1.15.500 geinstalleerd (EU/Non EU) maar niks werkt. Het enigste wat wel werkt is de Kaspersky Antivirus versie 20.0.14.1085 te installeren. Dan kan de licentie key gewoon gebruikt worden en werkt alles. Maar zodra Kaspersky Antivirus versie 20.0.14.1085 een tijdje draait upgrades hij zich zelf weer en begint het hele proces weer opnieuw. Ik kan de upgrade niet stoppen, disablen of wat dan ook om het te stoppen. Mijn vraag is dus kan iemand mij hiermee helpen? Kan iemand mij helpen zodat ik de licentie key kan gebruiken met KAspersky Antivirus 21.1.15.500 Of kan iemand mij helpen om te zorgen dat KAspersky Antivirus 20.0.14.1080 stopt met zichzelf upgraden?

Recently Kaspersky Antivirus decided to do an automatic update/upgrade of the Kaspersky Antivirus from version 20.0.14.1085 to version 21.1.15.500. After the automatic upgrade/installation to the new Kaspresky Antivirus version (21.1.15.500) I get a Terms and Conditions screen that I have never had before. No matter what I do (click on accept or not, close the screen etc) Kaspersky Antivirus continues and then apparently removes my valid/legal license (95 of 365 daysfor 5 devices remaining) and then says that there is no license available and asks me to add a license again. When I do this, and enter the valid/legal license key (95 of 365 days for 5 devices remaining) that Kaspersky Antivirus 20.0.14.1085 was using before the automatic upgrade I get an Error saying "The activation code does not apply to this application" No matter what I do, I can not use the license key (activation code) to activate Kaspersky Antivirus 21.1.15.500. I have tried a couple of things to get the license key (activation code) to work. I have uninstalled/removed Kaspresky Antivirus via Software/remove programms or via the Kaspersky Antivirus removal tool. I have reinstalled different versions of Kaspersky Antivirus 21.1.15.500 but nothing works. The only thing that works is installing Kaspersky Antivirus 20.0.14.1085... when I do that and enter the license key (activation code) again the Kaspersky Antivirus version 20.0.14.1085 accepts the license key (activation code) and starts working like it has worked for the past 270 days. After that I can update the database of the Kaspersky Antivirus 20.0.14.1085 without a problem. But then after a while Kaspersky Antivirus 20.0.14.1085 upgrades it self automatically again and I have to redo the whole process. I can not choose to stop the upgrade, to disable the upgrade or anything else to stop the upgrade from happening. So my question is, can someone PLEASE help me with this. Can someone either help me so that I can use my license key (activation code) with Kaspersky Antivirus 21.1.15.500?? Or can someone help me with Kaspersky Antivirus 20.0.14.1085 to stop it from upgrading it self??
