Well, I followed the instructions, but it didn't really help. Another thing I noticed is that the emails that are sent as a notification (for instance device = blocked due to time schedule) are enormously delayed. I live in Holland and the emails will often arrive in my mailbox about 1,5 or 2 hours after the fact.
A few days after I wrote my first complaint in this forum the original issue seemed to have disappeared, however the delay in the emails is still delayed
