всем привет. перепробовал всё - перезагрузку, чистку Касперского утилитой, переустановку винды. ничего не помогает... есть подозрение на проц - 14900KF. но их вроде как полечили. кто-нибудь сталкивался?

Для капчи помогло отключение SecureDNS а для впн смена протокола на WireGuard.

Secure DNS в браузере включен? Если да - отключите.
