Buenos dias / buenas tardes Tengo una laptop con Windows 10 Home que no puede ser actualizada a Windows 11; tampoco tengo cuenta de Microsoft para ser elegible a la extensión de protección. Mi pregunta es, ¿cómo se verá afectada la protección de mi computadora ya sin las actualizaciones de Windows, pero manteniendo siempre Kaspersky Premium? ¿Suple Kaspersky las deficiencias que dejaría la falta de Windows Updates? Gracias de antemano Saludos

I'm trying to contact customer service but all it does is make me go around and around the site because I need to cancel it or at least put in the correct email address. I don't even understand what is the point of the chat box for since all it does is direct me to the customer service page again and again. I have even email them twice but all i get is an automated reply

I will cancel my current subscription, since few people are using linux right now, I don't think we are a concern. Remember the massive ammounts of people stuck now in windows 10 which cannot upgrade to windows 11 due to the lack of TPM. I will move as many as I can to linux desktop and we shall need a password manager. I am really sad that I won't be counting on your support. there are posts from 2019 about this subject, just please be honest and we can all move on.
