Hello Yesterday I notice my passwords on both my my cctv systems weren’t working. I ended up reformatting them to recover my passwords. My cctv systems aren’t protected by Kaspersky but the smart home monitor does pick them up. This morning I noticed my passwords weren’t working again. I haven’t reset them yet. (This could be a Hikvision problem but I don’t know for certain yet) This morning I opened a note pad on my phone & test started appearing as if someone was writing a letter. I deleted the text & closed the notepad.. I couldn’t find kaspersky on my phone (Samasung Galaxy A04 Model SM-A045F/DS) so I tried to reinstall it. I also noticed all my devices were doubled on smart monitor. Some of these devices aren’t working now. I tried to connect my phone to my pc & it won’t let me now. I tried to log into Mykaspersky from my phone & it wants me to subscribe to Kaspersky internet security. My current subscription is kaspersky plus. Currently I am trying to disconnect as much as possible from the internet until I’ve sorted this problem out. Can you assist me? I only want my devices to run off one subscription. Welcome to Kaspersky Community. Try to type the email address manually (not copy/paste), and for the symbol @ try to generate it typing ALT + 64 combination. This is a trick worked for me some years ago, don't know if still working.

Реалми 13 про + заново установил приложение. Всё нормально
