Очень просто: нужно показать, что проблемы именно с антивирусом, а не с новыми версиями драйверов. Ибо ошибаться могут все, в том числе специалисты лаборатории Касперского, но выглядит это весьма маловероятно. А вот то, что или в новой версии антивируса, или в новой версии драйвера завезли нечто, что конфликтуют между собой - это вполне себе вероятно. И я лично по описанию проблемы не могу утверждать, что виноват именно антивирус.

In China and other regions, there are some extremely well-known and even essential software applications that are currently plagued by a massive number of pirate websites. Да, должны переносить на флешке. Менеджер паролей это не синхронизатор файлов. Не доверяете посторонним облачным хранилищам, создайте свое, персональное.

Жалоб не очень много,так как много людей ещё не поняли в чём проблема или не знают куда обращаться и что делать. В основном люди думают,что это у них проблема с софтом или железом. Как думал в начале и я)
