Hi @diwand, ich kann den Vorgang noch immer nicht richtig einschätzen,es sieht aber so aus, als wärst Du auf einer Phishing-Seite gelandet. Das Gute dabei ist, dass diese Seiten nur selten auch Malware installieren. Sie haben es hauptsächlich auf Zugangsdaten zu Accounts abgesehen, Du kannst anhand der Reaktion der Telekom davon ausgehen, dass sie diese erhalten haben. Vielleicht hast Du die Daten selbst eingetippt, es kann aber auch schon die Auto-Fill Option des Browsers ausreichen (wenn Scripts erlaubt sind). Betrachte alles, was über Deinen Telekom-Account erreichbar ist, als kompromitiert. Keine Ahnung welche Infos da abgespeichert sind, es könnte alles (incl. Deine Mails) abgerufen worden sein. Da wird dann auch gerne nach weiteren Login-Daten gesucht. Falls noch nicht geschehen: ändere alle Passworte, die so auf die eine oder andere Weise eventuell in falsche Hände geraten sind. Du benutzt doch hoffentlich für jeden Account ein anderes sicheres Passwort? Das Phishing hätte von der Option "Sicheres Browsen" unterbunden werden können. Das setzt natürlich voraus, dass die URL bereits bekannt ist und zudem in Kaspersky die richtigen Schalter gesetzt sind (z. B. Aktivitätsmonitor, Untersuchung sicherer Verbindungen,...).

However, I still don't have a way to keep track of this issue without going into the console manually, checking the Critical tab and then going machine by machine to see what is wrong with them. I have critical email alerts enabled and it does not email me about this specific issue. I was hoping the app would repair itself, because it seems crazy that an anti-virus can just stop working and make no attempt to repair. This essentially leaves the computer unprotected. I could package the command you provided me in an Intune script to remediate, but how can I detect the issue? Is there a registry key, file or some other means of detection? I would rather this not be a manual fix.
