SOLVED. I had the same problems: tried different browsers. Then I tried Tor. This allowed connection and after a few steps I finally got my voucher code and successfully redeemed it! However, there is a limited period in which you can claim: this may vary, so check your gift claim email. If you don't claim within this window, it will likely fail.

For CS2 to run without triggering MTU or UDP errors, you need to set the MTU to 1492 or 1500 — in my case on the “Kaspersky VPN WG NT Adapter.” It works very well for me. By contrast, when the MTU is set to 1420 on any adapter, CS2 throws a connection error. This is what happens in my setup.

Hello, seems you are scanning network drives which is not recommended. Network location should be scanned on the device where it resides. When you do this on each client or server having a network drive mapped than traffic is high. I guess the settings of the scope will descrease this traffic
