Hello @LinuxSuperior, Welcome! Kaspersky has a long-standing business partnership with Pango -> from a case (we) raised with in May 2020: Kaspersky Secure Connection VPN servers are now operated by Pango: Servers encrypting and redirecting user traffic are located in different regions around the world, including the USA, Germany, Singapore, and many others. They are provided by our partner, the software company Pango. By default, user traffic goes through the quickest virtual server available at the time, which could be located in another country -> About Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection. The 'sold" (you) may be thinking of is UltraAV/Pango - read: UltraAV/Pango - due to the US ban of Kaspersky - it only affects US based subscribers & was effective September 2024 - read: Guide on Kaspersky software availability in the United States - note: Kaspersky's VPN *remains* available in the US because it's provided by Pango, IF it wasn't it would also likely be banned. What happens when cs2 and dota2 'kick you out of the games', what errors do you see? Have different protocols been tried? Does using a *different* virtual-location help? Which country do (you) live in? What is the Windows OS version & *build*, in Windows *Search* - type WINVER, open the WINVER app & post back what's shown? Which Kaspersky VPN version, on Windows Task-manager, *Hidden-icons*, right-click the Kaspersky VPN icon, select Help, select About, post back the About information please? Has the VPN been re-installed? Has the computer been fully powered OFF & powered ON by pressing the power-button? Please post back? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋 Edited November 6, 2025Nov 6 by Flood and Flood's wife formatting
November 7, 2025Nov 7 Author Solution Kaspersky got "client" update today(21.23.6.614). So it fix itself i was having UDP MTU issue example image of it. Edited November 7, 2025Nov 7 by LinuxSuperior
February 9Feb 9 command netsh int ipv4 set subinterface “Kaspersky VPN WG Nt Adapter” mtu=1500 store=persistent OR netsh int ipv4 set subinterface “Kaspersky VPN WG Nt Adapter” mtu=1492 store=persistent
February 10Feb 10 @DiDaDi Welcome. The recommended MTU for WireGuard protocol is 1420 (for Ethernet). February 10Feb 10 For CS2 to run without triggering MTU or UDP errors, you need to set the MTU to 1492 or 1500 — in my case on the “Kaspersky VPN WG NT Adapter.” It works very well for me. By contrast, when the MTU is set to 1420 on any adapter, CS2 throws a connection error. This is what happens in my setup.
February 10Feb 10 @DiDaDi Thank you for your feedback , this may be related to your ISP or the type of connection you’re using. For further advice and specific recommendations please contact Kaspersky Technical Support.
