Object type: Trojan Program I never got this from my previous internet security from this game i play all the time so i just wanna know if this is a false positive or it's actually a real virus or something?? Today when opening My Kaspersky I noticed that the support link no longer takes me to the previous configuration where I could even consult my previous requests. After some research, we found out that all customers impacted are using Kapersky. Kapersky is blocking the downloading of the static files needed for the website to run (style, script, and so on). Hi, is there a way to set avp.exe high priority in Windows Task Manager in order to give Kaspersky Internet Security full resources while running a complete scan of a 2TB drive (without the need to make exceptions) at least once? I have a full scan scheduled to run at 0400 Sunday morning but it starts at 1300 Saturday afternoon. My computer is always on and NOT in use at 0400 Sundays but IS in use at 1300 Saturdays (which is why I notice it running). Why would it consistently start 15 hours earlier than scheduled?

I had to reinstall Windows on my second computer so I did a clean install on a new drive. When I installed Kaspersky I found when I right click on the task bar icon the options are different from my main computer, particularly the Pause Protection option is not available. How do I fix this?

I have an account with Kaspersky, and it’s installed on three machines, one of which belongs to my partner. Currently, KIS is not blocking site banners. The anti-banner feature is enabled and the extension is installed and enabled. The sites where I detect this behavior are not in the exception list. How to clear the SafeMoney list in the context menu: right click on the KIS logo near the system clock, then SafeMoney:open website? Hi, I use KIS 21.3.10.391 (k) and MailwasherPro 7.12.173 on two PC. On one PC everything works fine, on other PC KIS all of sudden started blocking Mailwasher (without any info that it blocks it). The blocking is manifested in a way that Mailwasher doesn't fetch any email headers from server, and reports error "Failed to log into POP3 server". If i pause protection in KIS only then Mailwasher works. I tried few other things with KIS, like disabling module by module, but after i disable all of them i still don't get MW to work. I am accessing a new website for my fantasy football league. I get to the home page of the website and then it goes blank white. I can't find what option may be blocking or an option I need to change etc. Any help would be appreciated. ( I have rebooted my pc, all my software is updated) I just don't have a clue.

Hi, I need to exclude some extension files from scanning in Kaspersky Internet Security 2020 (20.0.14.1085) on Windows 10. Under Settings < Additional < Threats and Exclusions < Manage exclusions, I didn’t find any option to exclude extension files in the “Exclusions” window. Im not sure this is the same issue as below. Link I can not use internet by using ethernet on usb-hub (Caldigit ts3 plus) But if I unselect the Enable Network Attack Blocker on kaspersky settings, the internet starts working well. When I start my PC I get a Kaspersky "error" message saying "Connection to network is not secure. Wi Fi Network ..........is Public Run kaspersky Secure Connection". My network settings tell me that it is "Private and it is password protected. Any advice please? Thank you.

Hello, I have a problem with KIS 2020 and firewall. Game is called PUBG and this game used to be trusted by KIS2020 in firewall by default. After large update that happend 10 days ago game is listed as low restricted by default. Because of this my ping in game is higher then expected. Can you please list this game again to trusted game by default so i dont need to manually put it to trusted apps everytime this game gets an update.

I get the usual webcam blocking notification when loading websites in Safari, but when going to banking and other safe money enabled websites, the slider notification doesn’t come out anymore to verify the legitimacy? nothing happens. This issue first occurred when Installed KIS 2020 with Safari extension, then it started working, now it’s failing again? I restarted Mac, cleared cache, rebooted both safari and KIS, but it did not solve the issue. Thanks for help. I know some people hate those sliding notifications, but they give me peace of mind.
