Забыл пароль от программы "Kaspersky Internet Security", из-за этого не могу продлить уже купленную лицензию, удалить программу или хотя бы как-то изменить/сбросить пароль, изменить что-то в настройках так как для всех вышеперечисленных действий нужен пароль. Как его изменить/сбросить?

With KIS 2018 and Windows 7 no problem insert/clikking data on VIRTUAL KEYBOARD (e.g. to insert passwords to control keyloggers) via TOUCHSCREEN. But with KIS 2019 and Windows 10 that seems no more possible ! But using the old MOUSE (who get it still ?) yes ! It's confirmed this loss of funtionality ? Eventually what the reason ? Giovanni

I have purchased a license for Internet Security 2019, but the installers for MacOS require at least MacOS 10.12 as basic system. My Mac Server runs MacOS 10.11.6 and is not capable for higher Versions of MacOS. Since I will continue using my old server online I also need Internet Security for it. How can I get Kaspersky Internet Security Services for MacOS 10.11.6, is this doable for you?

i am from Bangladesh. I have 1 licence for 2 device. And two devices are loged in with same Kaspersky account and same licence key. If my one device will infected by virus or malware or ransomeware, Can the other device will infected by the viruses? I am thinking that viruses can synchronise by my Kaspersky Account or licence key and effect all my same account connected device. Does it possible? Please let me know.

I'm just curious about data base update. When I'm running a full scan, about 30-40 minutes in, Kaspersky runs a data base update. When microsoft is downloading an update, Kaspersky decides to run data base update. Is there a setting to delay the data base update while either of these two operations is running?

For some months Google Chrome I could not update or install Google Chrome, The installer comes up with a message that it could not uncompress an archive. When I uninstall Kapersky Internet Security, Chrome installs with no problem. If I then reinstall Kapersky the Chrome install fails in the same way. I am running 32 bit Windows 10 on a slowish PC with a dual CPU processor, a solid state hard drive and 4GByte of memory.
