    Buenos días, Las tiendas web de Kaspersky, son gestionados por partners (Nexway, y otros). Por los casos del foro que he visto solo ocurre en ciertos países (México, Perú, ..). Tienes que abrir un ticket de soporte en mi Kaspersky, o en el soporte de la tienda web que hayas realizado la compra solicitando lo que necesitas, desde el foro no podemos ayudarte en estos casos. Entiendo que tienes que enviar tus datos completos, la información de la compra realizada, tú código de activación, etc.. para que ellos puedan emitir la factura correspondiente. Saludos
  3. @LARY Welcome. I have paid attention to your Topic and note that you have made the correct attempts to resolve your problem. On this user Forum we do not request system logs for privacy reasons , therefore Kaspersky Technical Support remains your best option.

    Yeah, mine says "269 days left". I don't think that it have something to do with that. Either it's a marketing thing (a bad one) or the Free it's truly gonna be discontinued.

Доброго времени,проблема такая Система MS Windows 10 Corex64 Build19045 Версия 22H2 сборка OC 19045.5965 Касперский стандарт 21.21.7.384(а) При подключении usb-флеш она отображается в разделе и начинается ее проверка касперским,после проверки флеш отключается из раздела пропадает в usb порт продолжает мигать .До установки касперского отображалась нормально.
  19. Hey everyone, I've just started using Kaspersky and it's been great so far. I have a couple of questions for those who have been using it for a while. First, are there any recommended settings I should change or look out for? Any tips would be appreciated! Second, I'm trying to configure the firewall notifications. I turned off "Perform recommended actions automatically" and set the "Trusted" group's network setting to "Ask user." The issue is that it asks for permission for every single IP, not just once for the application itself. Is there a way to make it ask only once when an app wants internet access, instead of for each IP? If that's not an option, does Kaspersky play well with third-party firewalls (like Simplewall or Fort Firewall)? If it does, should I disable Kaspersky's built-in firewall?

  21. Buenas, En una misma cuenta gestiono varias estaciones de trabajo. Desde ese equipo puedo acceder a las otras estaciones de trabajo pero justo a la estacion de trabajo que pertenece ese equipo no puedo acceder(es un windows server 2016). A la hora de acceder por web me salta el aviso sXXX.cloud.kaspersky.com ha tardado demasiado tiempo en responder. En cambio si accedo a las demás estaciones de trabajo no me da problemas. Nunca he tenido problemas. Fue a raiz de renovar la licencia de kaspersky cloud. No tengo firewall activado ni otros antivirus. He probado a cambiar la ip,dns y demas sin solucion Desde la misma red con otros equipos no tengo problemas Gracias

    I have checked in Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications, if there is something in restricted groups. I don't see anything. The errors i found was in event viewer. If you need me to attach proof, i can provide proof

Hello to you, in Côte d'Ivoire (Africa) Today, on July 2, 2025, I made a purchase for Kaspersky Plus with my credit card on the site https://afrique.kaspersky.com/plusAfter payment, I was charged, and I even received the code on my My Kaspersky account, but to my great surprise, I cannot enter the code in the application because it says the code does not match the region.I then tried to log into my My Kaspersky account to change the country, which is set to France by default, but it is impossible for me to do so. Therefore, I would like to know if it is possible to either delete the code linked to my account and send me another code so that I can use it here in Côte d'Ivoire, or completely cancel the payment so that I can make the purchase with a different email.
