I will cancel my current subscription, since few people are using linux right now, I don't think we are a concern. Remember the massive ammounts of people stuck now in windows 10 which cannot upgrade to windows 11 due to the lack of TPM. I will move as many as I can to linux desktop and we shall need a password manager. I am really sad that I won't be counting on your support. there are posts from 2019 about this subject, just please be honest and we can all move on.

попробуйте через провод соединить и проверить. проверьте доступ к другим ресурсам, отличным от youtube tv, если возможно

созвучные названия, перепутал... прошу перенести в нужную тему, если возможно. KSC настроен на роутере через опен впн... телевизоры и т.д. по вай фай через конфиг работали до сего момента прекрасно.

с утра все хорошо было, вечером конкретно приложение youtube tv на android tv и web os(LG) телевизорах и медиаприставке nvidia shield пишут нет сети. в той же сети смартофны под андроид и пк под виндой ютуб работает... т.е. конкретно одно приложение в варианте для тв не дает смотреть видео... остальные кинопоиски, кионы , вк видео все работает. KSC на роутере настроен. Все презагружал, кэши чистил и т.д. не то, чтобы к вам претензия, ну а вдруг че нить где нить и у вас покрутили) пытаюсь найти в чем проблема.

тогда почему вы спрашиваете на форуме об антивирусе? напишите в Спортлото а на телевизоре есть Kaspersky Secure Connection ?

вы о чем? какой антивирус на телевизорах?) не работает конкретно под андроид тв и под web os ютуб. на пк и смартфонах все ок... з.ы. впн через роутер настроен... смартфоны работают. з.ы.ы. темой ошибся... удалите... с Kaspersky Secure Connection перепутал)

какая версия антивируса? если 21.3 , то обновите до актуальной проверьте также воспроизведение проблемы, удалив временно антивирус с сохранением информации о лицензии

Дело в том, что агенты администрирования при проверке проходят подключение через klnagchk. То есть имеют статус "Connecting to server...OK". И что интересно обновляются с KSC. Проверенно. Так же выполняеся задача автоматического распределения ключа, что видно по логам kesl кдаленного компьютера. Т.е. политика KSC распределилась на устройства. Но тем не менее в списке устройств они не появились 😞 Так же пробовал именно переустанавливать на удаленном компьютере klnagent и kesl. Получаю тоже самое - политики применяются, но не в списке не отображается.
