То есть если к примеру сбер не подаст жалобу на то что используют их торговый знак и подрывают их честь и достоинство, крайний сбер? Я согласен , но вопрос почему они не пишут жалобу? В чём причина, а действительно ли не было заявлений ? Sadly, no, in September 2019, Kaspersky Developers said: "We are glad to inform you that your request has been considered and added to the list of suggestions that will be implemented on the future versions of Kaspersky Internet Security for Android." Since then, in 6 years, 2 months, 1 day: Crickets, zip, zilch, a big fat NOTHING!! Which is a damm shame, for an Android environment, the ability for the *user* to manually manage & exclude files detected by the AV is essential. In the most recent version there's absolutely nothing that meets this criteria: Kaspersky, Android_11.126. We'd like to know why, however, due to Kaspersky's ballsed-up change management process all the 'communications', including one from a Kaspersky 'supervisor', have been what we would categorize as gaslighting... Kaspersky simply close the related cases & the *original-necessary-change* is buried in the bowels of Kaspersky unless & until some poor-creature decides to endure the whole process again.... To which we say, why bother - OR - alternatively, good luck, hope results are forthcoming in (yr) lifetime. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

status update: they asked for wireshark logs KSeC traces and a video recording while the dns lookup failed. did that this morning, expecting a reply by midnight so i should get a confirmation that they understand the issue by tomorrow. 👍 guessing it will take another week to fix.. im surprised QA didn't spot this. this has been happening since i updated around the start of the month for me.

Hello @MightierPen, Thank you for posting back! We didn't think your topic *was* a request for Kaspersky to support Brave. We provided steps/process/procedure & resources for *you* to submit a request bc *you* said: "But would be nice to have these types of exclusion rules anyway." We gave *you* a tip to not refer to Brave when submitting the request to Kaspersky 'cause 'they'd prolly focus on 'Brave, not supported, blah, blah, blah' & waste a lot of your time - we were trying to save *you* some grief. Hello I recently switched from Norton to Kaspersky and very happy with the switch. My experience on the phone is less good. I have a kaspersky on my android and have an APK used to test phone root status. Kaspersky tells me it's a virus. It's not but probably uses undocumented features to test if the phone is rooted. It offers me skip option, which is fine. Until the next scan when it nags again, and again, and again. Per this topic below permanent exclusions was added to the request list in 2019. I don't want to turn off scanning entirely... That's what I did with Norton and defeats the point and these kind of nagging messages is one of the reasons I left them.

Думаю, что со времен первого вопроса в теме ничего не изменилось, тут все та же версия программы. Детектируется только установщик как not-a-virus:downloader, остальные файлы в доверенных. Почему детект - не знаю, но после установки предлагаются к загрузке ЯБ и прочие их сервисы, может поэтому. Такие вердикты существуют скорее для привлечения внимания пользователя, чтобы не кликал при установке и использовании всякие лишние кнопки и галки ненужные отключал. Это не вредоносный файл точно. Пользуюсь второй раз, т.к. Вы спрашиваете второй раз. Скачивал по той ссылке, которую Вы недавно давали.

@Berny J'ai acheté la clé sur le site en renseignant mon email et mes coordonnées et immédiatement après l'achat, la clé s'est mise dans Mykaspersky sans que je fasse quoi que ce soit. Malheureusement, ça me rajoute 1 an à partir de maintenant alors que je voulais la mettre en réserve mais impossible de le faire car ça ne m'a pas laissé l'occasion de faire la manipulation.

Что думаете, безопасное приложение? Касперский его даже скачать не дает. Аргументирует тем, что приложение может качать всякое. Пользуетесь Zona? Откуда лучше скачать?

Bonjour @FREDO78 Veuillez ajouter votre nouvelle clé dans votre portal My Kaspersky , votre nouvelle clé sera une clé de réserve qui sera activée automatiquement quand votre clé actuelle se termine.

I was asking if custom exclusions exist for file types (this wasn't a request to start supporting brave). But I can put in a feature request seeing as this desired feature doesn't seem to exist.

@Berny Bonjour, Lors d'une mise à jour de Kaspersky Premium, j'ai cru voir rapidement qu'il y avait maintenant la possibilité d'activer plus tard une clé. Je voulais m'assurer que c'est vrai car j'achète mes abonnements sur le site officiel et ma clé actuelle se termine le 23/12 (dans 1 mois donc). J'ai désactivé le renouvellement automatique et je souhaite profiter de l'offre actuelle Kaspersky Premium pour 10 appareils avec carte cadeau de 20€ sur Amazon offerte. Je souhaite la prendre maintenant mais je veux qu'elle s'active lorsque l'autre se termine le 23/12. Je sais qu'avant l'achat sur le site signifiait activation immédiate mais là j'ai l'impression que ça a changé. Peut-on me confirmer et si c'est ok, comment on procède ? On achète le nouvel abonnement et on l'enregistre avec prise d'effet décalée ? Est-ce qu'ensuite j'aurai quelque chose à faire sur mes appareils protégés ? Merci d'avance.

Cerrar el navegador. Apagar el sistema y el PC (No Reiniciar), encender de nuevo con el botón (power ON), y probar de nuevo a acceder al KPM. да, будет. На одном аккаунте можно сделать только одну базу. Но если вы делитесь подпиской, то для каждого создается свой аккаунт и там можно создать свою базу паролей.

В пункте "Информационные материалы" у меня все отключено, а пункта "уведомления о новостях" у меня нет (скрин в аттаче) но и новости не приходят. Возвращаюсь к своему вопросу - Как отключить предложение установить "Менеджер паролей", спасибо если подскажете.

А обьясните по поводу правил лицензирования, если у меня длицензия касперский премиум на 5 устройств, то на этих устройствах можно быть только одна база паролей или скажем я могу на трех сделать одну базу, а на двух других вторую? Просто там есть опции типа пригласить друзей в подписку, и там можно как бы часть своих мест для устройств передать в другой личный кабинет, вопрос будет ли у них своя база паролей?

Возврат не надо, там как выяснилось купить на 3 устройства, стоит дороже чем продлить на 5, я в разговоре попросил сделать так чтоб автоматически не списывалось, и мне пришло письмо что за месяц до окончания текущей приглют письмо для ручного продления, я думаю так удобней будет чтоб в конце месяца неожиданно не списывали, если захочу сам продлю хоть за месяц, но в начале месяца.
