Hello support, i encounter some problems on my KAV for a past year and i never ask for help, but now this issue is getting more and more annoying. I'm using allot of protected programs from auto industry and they are protected (more or less). After i put a file on exclusion zone, in 2-3 seconds i got another notification becasue KAV found another threat in the same file , but that file is on exclusion zone. I try calculating hash code, using protection component as ALL component. All in is vain. Any idea please? Only logic solution is to uninstall KAV. I cannot work like this!

Boa tarde, Já funciona. A resolução é adicionar os links na parte de ligações encriptadas. Windows>>Advanced>>Threat detection and exclusions >> Number of trusted domains >> Trusted domains

так ведь сказано, что против вас ничего противоправного не совершено. вы не поддальсь обману, а раз обмануть не получилось , то на нет и суда нет а что делать в случае сомнений в достоверности информации размещённой на сайте в сети Интернет, там сказано Решение можно обжаловать в прокуратуре, там тоже об этом сказано Но все это уже не имеет никакого отношения к тематике данного форума

каспеский стоит вне серверной части, нет консоли

Откройте консоль в браузере и посмотрите куда он пытается лезть.

Возможно при построении маршрута в картах идёт обращение на другой ресурс который у вас закрыт

My subscription has over 400 days left on it, but my app hasn't updated databases for 3 months! Following Kaspersky's instructions, I uninstalled, but when I went to REINSTALL there is a message saying I cannot download!!! How can I REINSTALL (or get a refund)???? (usa based here)

You can use the backup of old KSC, deploy KSC in a new virtual machine (VM) configuring it with the same IP address and hostname as the old KSC, restore the old KSC backup. First of all the new Machine should have similar IP and hostname/FQDN as configured in old KSC and then you can restore the backup of old KSC , upgrade ksc to 15.1 and use SQL 2016. yes you can , send a email to a specific user then you will find a download link of kes on android and then copy that download to other android phone and download in there or you can take the downloaded apk package to other phones and install it there it will get connected to Kes cloud automatically , just set the download link in the server address blank. Вам, всё же стоит выработать правильное решение, а не пытаться обойти решение вопроса действиями напоминающие хакинг. Если Вы не администратор сервера, так найдите/ обратись к тому, кто таковым является.
