Dear user,
Thanks for your message. Please note that if your license is currently active, you can access, download, use and request standard support service via Company Accout (https://companyaccount.kaspersky.com/account/login) for new versions of Kaspersky products covered by your license as they are released. Kaspersky Security Center is currently version 13.1. You are using an unsupported version. If you want more details about our standard support service, please visit https://support.kaspersky.com/mx/support/rules/en_us.

Regarding your question: Please check the information in the following KB https://support.kaspersky.com/us/9292 and verify if the "Administration server address" information match with (IP or DNS or DHCP) address of the computer where Kaspersky Security Center is installed.

If not, preferably:

  1. Use the KLMover command (https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/SP3/en-US/3911.htm) to correct the Kaspersky Security Center server address.
  2. Check the Network Agent installation package properties, correct the Kaspersky Security Center Server address and schedule a task for Network Agent deployment targeting client computer(s) with reported issue.

Do not forget to check beforehand whether the Kaspersky Network Agent service is in the started / automatic state in affected computers.
