Like the title says. Can I unblock a specific video, but leave Youtube as a whole blacklisted?

I am trying to unblock specific videos?  on YouTube using Kaspersky but I am unable to find the option to do so. Is there any way to unblock individual videos while keeping the rest of the website blocked? I appreciate any help on this issue.

No. There's no option available to selectively allow individual YouTube videos.
