I updated OS to Windows 24h2 with Kaspersky Premium installed. Now Windows Security center recommends and Kaspersky warns that I should allow Windows to locate my device. There was no such warning in 23h2. How should we deal with this? What features do I lose if I ignore this warning?

I upgraded to 24H2 yesterday and got the same notification/warning...
While they provide such a useless explanation, I just ignored it (and set the message to "ignore" so windows and Kaspersky say everything is OK.
My PC Motherboard is wifi enabled, but I have it turned off (since I use ethernet), so you would think/expect it to alert only if I had wifi active.
I did google it, and saw some say that since wifi can in effect be used to track your location (by triangulating wifi names and strengths), by explicitly agreeing to location tracking, you cover vendors from litigation (i.e. people suing because "I didnt know/agree to location tracking but you were able to from my wifi").
Sounds a bit far fetched, but with US law and Sue culture, who knows..

P.S. I did turn on wifi on my PC (without allowing my location) and it seemed to pick up my Wifi and work just fine (after a request from windows itself to allow location, which I refused)... when I clicked "show available networks" it just showed mine, dont know if it found others but didnt show because of declining location... TBH, dont care, works fine for me
