Why does the password security vault export to a txt file

Why does the password security vault export to a txt file, when most every other passwords require a csv file. I just want to put my passwords in Kaspersky to chrome, and I understand that if I understood how to create a csv file from the data in the txt file, I could probably find some way of exporting. Why would I have to though? I should be able to export these to any format I want.

Welcome!

1. By design - by Kaspersky Password Managent Team, that's all they've offered: KPM Import/Export section.
2. Sadly - even converting the saved file to .csv doesn't work - fields are missing or misaligned - @Schulte may be able to offer some help?
