@Igor Kurzin Can you please help me. Is there a way for me to change region?  the first time I used Kaspersky over a year ago (October 2023), I went for the premium subscription and I was in USA. I made the renewal of my subscription on October 2024 ( change from premium to plus) in Latin America and now my Kaspersky plus is not working on my devices. I tried to contact AV customer support but they state they can't find my account. I just want to be able to use the suscription plus on my devices.

Log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service  - they will help you - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts, on the support page, select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; please include a *detailed history*, include the email address (you) use for (your) MyKaspersky account & the Kaspersky Plus License code.

• *Also - IF using Chat - ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript *before* ending the chat - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*
