When will I get a refund?

I have requested a refund six times now. I submitted three tickets to customer service and sent three emails to 'infokaspersky'  Two of those emails were answered by a bot, and the third one hasn't received a response at all. I have already provided all my information, including the order number, the purchase date, and my email address, but I still haven't received a solution

The problem is that I am not receiving any confirmation emails with an INC number after submitting the form. I have checked my spam folder and there is nothing there.
