Hi all ,

when the anti virus disabled i have no issues with my online gaming

when the anti virus is activated, i get disconnected from warzone call of duty with this message : BLZBNTBGS000003F8

https : //youtu.be/k6wExeZ1hJY?si=F0zl5pLbxSRXgrBa

I authorized every game file .exe in the software

what can i do to keep  the anti virus enabled and play at the same time with no interference

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

Can You provide versions of operating system and product Kaspersky installed?

I also found this 🤔: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/187482

i use

Édition    Windows 10 Professionnel
Version    22H2
Installé le    ‎09/‎02/‎2024
Build du système d’exploitation    19045.4291
Expérience    Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19056.1000.0

and I also use kaspersky PLUS.

those links are not usefull for me because when i disable kaspersky, everything works well ... when i installed this new version of kaspersky that this problem appeared i never had this before ... it must be from the new kaspersky plus

Check if there is some app exe related to the game in any restricted group in Intrusion Prevention -> Manage Applications

I'm sorry to hear that, those are possible solutions!

Causes of VPN Bans:

1. Prohibition of VPN Use:
   - Some online games ban VPNs to prevent cheating. Game servers detect VPN traffic and may ban users accordingly.

2. Suspicious IP Address:
   - VPNs often use shared IP addresses. If these IPs are flagged for abuse or spam, connecting via them can lead to bans.

3. Geographical Restrictions:
   - Games may restrict access based on regions. Using a VPN to access restricted regions can result in bans.

4. Sudden Location Changes:
   - Rapidly logging in from different locations may raise suspicions of compromised security and lead to bans.

Solutions to Mitigate VPN Bans:

1. Review Game Terms:
   - Check the game's terms of service and VPN policy to ensure compliance.

2. Mindful Location Choices:
   - Connect to VPN servers in accepted regions and avoid frequent location changes.

3. Engage with Support:
   - Contact the game's support team if banned unfairly to seek resolution.

By understanding these causes and implementing proactive solutions, players can enjoy a smoother gaming experience while minimizing the risk of bans.

Hello @Doğuhan A.,

it would be nice if you could offer a possible solution in your own words.

This AI answer is not necessarily wrong, but has nothing to do with the TO's problem. It is useless trivial knowledge and in this case, as so often, simply garbage.

Please spare us such posts.

Hello @Hibs

Welcome back!

  1. AFTER installing the *new* version has that version been uninstalled & a *clean* install been done?
  2. IF NO, please do that, however, BEFORE proceeding EXPORT Kaspersky PLUS settings, read: How to export settings - do not import this file at any stage during the following process & create a System restore point, then do the following:
  3. Uninstall Kaspersky PLUS -> during the uninstall (you) will be prompted to save data - *do not check Operational settings of the application*, follow: How to uninstall the application.
  4. At the end of the uninstall make sure the computer is rebooted.
  5. Download a new Kaspersky PLUS from here: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product
  6. Install, follow: How to install the application
  7. At the end of the install make sure the application is *signed into* with the same email address that (you) use to sign into (your) MyKaspersky account - so the software, account & license synchronise.
  8. Run a Database update.
  9. *Very important* -> shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN not Restart, when the computer if fully OFF - power ON by pressing the power button, login.
  10. Make sure Kaspersky PLUS is active then recheck if warzone call of duty gets disconnected with message: BLZBNTBGS000003F8?
  • IF Kaspersky PLUS has been clean installed AFTER the install of the *new* version & OR the problem persists after doing the above steps, you may now *IMPORT* the settings file: How to import settings, then log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown in the following image; please include any screen images of the error & a *detailed history*:

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

Thank you🙏
