Hello @Oizys,

have you installed the Kaspersky VPN?
You can change the country setting in the main window:

Have you eventually activated 'Double VPN' with the settings as shown in the following picture?

Please deactivate 'Double VPN' again for the time being, this will simplify troubleshooting. (Simply select a 'normal' connection, possibly different ones to test).

But first of all:
Can you remove the Windows setting for the Windows VPN (picture in the first post)? Which Win version is this exactly?

Hi @Oizys

Also, check IF Kaspersky VPN is installed? (It replaced Kaspersky Security Data Escort Adapter)

Hi @Oizys,

that removes one problem. @Flood and Flood's wife has posted another good tip that we could also use. The easiest method is probably to uninstall/reinstall the Kaspersky VPN. After a computer restart, the VPN should now be able to be fully reinstalled.
You should be able to start the installation via the main page of your Plus/Premium. Otherwise there is the official download.

One more request:
Only use the Windows routine for uninstalling! No third-party uninstaller, no removal tool, no registrycleaner.
