Visiting an untrustworthy website has been prevented

Hi, This warning page is displayed whenever I access TPLink router login page via local IP 

https://192.168.0.1/webpages/login.html

I added above URL under Security->Safe Browing->'Trusted URLs' but no luck. 

Could you please help on how to exclude security scaning on local IP address?

Add the address 192.168.0.1 here:

Settings - Security Settings - Network Settings - Trusted addresses.

Or use the address http://192.168.0.1/webpages/login.html

Welcome to the Kaspersky community.

Just complementing the information provided by @andrew75 to you.

If the solution he presented does not work, you can try adding the local IP address to the exclusions of the browser you use, doing the following procedure:

1. Open the Kaspersky graphical interface
2. On the left side of the window, click → Security
3. Scroll down the window, under "Intrusion Prevention" click → Manage applications
4. Type the name of the application you are using to access the address in the search bar (right side of the window)
5. Right-click on the application and select → Details and rules
6. In the window that opens, click on the → Exclusions tab
7. Check the box → Do not scan encrypted traffic
8. Check the box → Only for specific IP address
9. Enter the IP you are trying to access through the browser
10. Click to save
11. Close the browser and perform the test again
