Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

I guess that If You click on [Resolver] does not helps…

It seems those malware were detected probably in a shared resource in a different device that not available now or inside an ISO file, so please scan the original source with Kaspersky, and in this system just click on [Ignorar]

Thanks for your response.

However, my problem persist, i’ve just made the suggestions without a success, the application of kaspersky don’t run, when I click in the button ignore it seems as if it doesn’t work.

My operative system shows me a message for making changes on my firewall, but When I enter to setting my firewall, kaspersky seems that doesn’t work.

Hi,

Please upload the necessary information so that we can help you (Version and build of Kaspersky installed, OS and servicepack installed, upload your getsysteminfo (gsi) using the latest available version of it to review it, etc ...).

To generate the getsysteminfo (gsi) check this link: https://support.kaspersky.co.uk/common/diagnostics/3632#block7

Getsysteminfo (GSI) direct download: http://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/ConsumerUtilities/GetSystemInfo6.2.zip

Also please perform a full system scan and post screenshots of detections.

Regards

The path seems related to cdrom. Its unable to eliminate objects on cd.

Please check is there a cd inside cd-rom? Try to perform a sccan only this cd, try to perform Full scan without cd inside cdrom.

Please tell about the results.
