Unknown error detected while instalation

The Kaspersky password manager got damaged on my computer (it was impossible to open it, I tried for a few days with no results). I was forced to delete it and install it again, but the installation did not even start and the "unknown error" occurs. Is there any know solution?

Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.
