Hi, im having trouble installing any app from the microsoft store, whenever i click install it will either show me an error or say pending, tried pausing kaspersky and everything went nicely so im sure it is the antivirus

Hello,
Please confirm that the TLS 1.2 protocol is enabled, go to Advanced Options in Internet Options in the Control Panel, or select the Reset button in that place.
