The VPN for router option has disappeared

The VPN for router option has disappeared, which was the main reason I chose Kaspersky VPN, especially since I just renewed my subscription. Now I've learned that, due to a change in their service provider, the router VPN option is no longer available.

I would like to know if the router VPN option will be available again in the near future. If not, I believe I should be entitled to a refund and cancellation of the service, as they are no longer meeting the terms of the service agreement. Has anyone else gone down this path?

Hello @Ogeday96, welcome.

Unfortunately, we can only give you one answer to your question: Please contact support.
Past experience has shown that missing features return more quickly when a large number of users request them.
In theory, the router option should also be possible with the new partner, but if only a few people request it, the priority is not that high...

Hello @Ogeday96

  1. Also, please read reply by @Igor Kurzin, in the Russian forum: Возвращение локаций и функции создания конфигураций для роутеров / Return of locations and configuration functions for routers
  2. And, Kaspersky has a *30day money-back guarantee*, IF (your) recently renewed subscription meets that criteria, a refund should not be a problem & even if the subscription falls outside of this but is *recently* purchased it's still worth submitting a refund request (ioo), on the support page https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, then fill in the template as shown:                                                                                                                              image.thumb.png.ed2134c61b33a47c755486ac6ee06141.png
  3. *IMPORTANT* - please include the URL for (your) topic in the request to support.
  4. *IMPORTANT* - please  post back the incident-request-number, it's prefixed with INC0000
  5. *IMPORTANT* - do not use the AI-bot to submit the request.

Thank you🙏

I don’t have the router VPN option either. However, a router that was already configured before the change is still working for me, although there are noticeable performance and stability issues
