Dear Sirs and Madams, good day to all. I wish you all a wonderful day as well, and thank you very much in advance.

Please help me find a solution to this problem.

I used Kaspersky Rescue Disk 18 (Kaspersky Rescue Tool) to scan and analyze my Windows 11 computer to check for viruses.

The problems I encountered were as follows:

After I booted from the Kaspersky Rescue Disk USB drive and Kaspersky Rescue Tool started, it displayed the following message:

==============================================================================================================

Warning

Your Computer's operating system is in hibernation mode or has been shut down incorrectly.

Press REBOOT to restart computer.
To mount volumes correctly:
- Launch the Windows operation system
- In the Start menu select Restart
- Launch kaspersky Rescue Disk again.

Press SKIP to mount volumes in "read-only" mode.
Malware isn't be disinfected in this mode!

Press CONTINUE to try to mount volumes in "read-write" mode.
This procedure may cause damage of files system!

==================================================
I clicked CONTINUE to try to mount the volumes in read and write mode so that Kaspersky could eliminate and remove viruses when one is present.

But I discovered that Kaspersky Rescue Disk is unable to delete or add anything,
whether a file or a folder, from the Windows 11 C: partition.

The bootable Kaspersky Rescue Disk antivirus is ineffective and unable to unlock the Windows 11 C: partition.

My dear brothers and friends, is there a way to unlock the Windows 11 C: partition so that it is accessible for reading and writing
for any other bootable system?

I'm adding some additional information that might help you find a solution.

1. On my Windows 11, the built-in BitLocker disk encryption tool, which secures data by making the drive unreadable, is disabled.

The result of the command `manage-bde -status`:

Thank you in advance. I look forward to your reply.

Hello.

1) KRD 2018 doesn't support BitLocker. Please use KRD 2024.

2) After here

Press REBOOT to restart computer.
Press SKIP to mount volumes in "read-only" mode.
Malware isn't be disinfected in this mode!

Press CONTINUE to try to mount volumes in "read-write" mode.
This procedure may cause damage of files system!

Highly recommended select "REBOOT" or "SKIP". Select "CONTINUE" only if you've already tried everything else.
