Surface Pro 11 - ARM lack of compatibility still?

After almost 5 years of excuses has Kaspersky resolved this issue of compatibility with ARM processor ? You mentioned two years ago no news ? If After 5 years you have not done Anything about it, then you will never do. Either because kasperksy dont want to onvest money on the solution (most likely) or the worst case, because Kaspersky does not have the tecnicAl capacity.... 

I need a proper email to submit my request by ticket and need a proper statement and response for the company. 

I've been a user of Kaspersky for more the 12 years , and me renewal is in 3 months. I need to protect my new device and can't wait years for Kaspersky to develop a compatibility?
