Strange Dial up sound

I am hearing strange dialing up sounds in my laptop, I could not find which application is causing it. But I am hearing it often both while wearing a headset and from the laptop speakers as well. I am worried. HELP ME.

My windows version : Microsoft Windows 10 Professional x64 build 19045

Kaspersky version: 21.13.5.506 (a)
