Smart Home Can't See My Connection

I don't know what's wrong with it, but I cannot use "smart home" section. It says "not connected" but I am connected to my home wifi and I have access to the internet. Can someone help me?

Are you using Win11 24H2?
Then it is necessary to enable Windows location services:
Turn on Location Services on a Windows 11 24H2 computer

I also have this problem. Location services are all on. In the past I have been able to see the smart home monitor on this PC but cant any longer. This may have coincided with either a new modem or renewal of subscription. This mat be irrelevant.

The new modem is seen and not connected.

Please advise
