Sistema de som e reproduçaõ de video não funciona após instalação do Kasperky

Mesmo antes da finalização da instalação do app, o sistema de som começou a emitir um som estranho e parou de funcionar. bem como não consigo reproduzir nenhum vídeo streaming.
