server access become too slow [Moved]

hi everyone, we've passed all our client from Symantec to Kaspersky. from this time every body say that the access to server become too slow. same problem that they use windows server 2008R2 or server 2016.
we already have exclude the folders on server but nothing change.

someone have any idea to speedup access to server ?

maybe exist some analysis logs to find that I can exclude ?

Have you also changed the AV on the server side? Did you use KES on the server? It is better to use https://support.kaspersky.com/ksws11 (KSWS11) for servers.

Hi, on serveur I use same KES what the workstations (11.5.0.590).

Could you please try KSWS11 on (one) server, just for testing (if that solves your issue)?

I habe hundreds of servers, all with KSWS (non with KES). KSWS is made for servers, KES for Clients/Workstations.

normally not, but maybe you can ask for a test license at your kaspersky partner.

for info, after call with support “fr” I found on Server 2008R2 that the firewall Windows stay enabled in same time what Kaspersky. I turn off firewall Windows and now I wait feedback from my customer.
