Scheduled scan goes "suspended" on endpoint

Kaspersky Endpoint 11.7

 

I often find the clients in a RED or YELLOW status because the "virus scan not executed for a long time". The virus scan Activity is scheduled weekly, but when I look in those machines status, I always find it "suspended". Why this activity goes in that status and how can I correct this behavior?
