Safe Kids app not working since downloading iOS 18.  To resolve, deleted app from phone and now I cannot find Safe Kids app in App Store.  Help!

Welcome!

IF (you're) in the US, there may be some software distribution issues due to the US ban of Kaspersky, please read: Guide on Kaspersky software availability in the United States...

For us (we're not in US) the app is still accessible in the app store, however for our US relatives, they have the same issue as you.

  1. Please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service  -> https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> on the support page, select either Email or Chat, then fill in the template as shown; please include a *detailed history*:                               image.thumb.png.2aaa4b4f34d2bacc758b73b592794a00.png
  • *Also - IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat      

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

Came here to say the same… Safe Kids iOS app doesn’t populate with the children’s profiles after signing in and eventually crashes out to Home Screen. I’m in Canada so the app is still available in the App Store.

Welcome! 

Since our previous reply the same issue has hit us as well.

In early August the US ban of Kaspersky impacted Kaspersky's software accessed via Google Play Store, the AV, KSK, KPM & VPN all became unavailable. 

Kaspersky's response, from HQ 8th Aug, 2024: "Due to US ban - Google blocked access to our developer console. We couldn't update our apps on Gplay right now."

We imagine this is now a similar issue for Apple, irrespective of the user's location.  

We recommend logging with Kaspersky Customer Service so they have some oversight - IF *one* person logs a incident Kaspersky generally addresses it as a single user issue - IF more than one user logs the same issue, sometimes Kaspersky stirs. 

The process for logging an incident is as per our first reply to @Erick R, posted 20th Sept, 3:40am

Note: Kaspersky HQ advice 8th Sept, 2024 -> for *alternative* KSK distribution for Android was: "It will be available soon."

So, a month after logging the issue, there's still no alternative sources for KSK.

Problem already fixed. Please install latest build of the KSK for iOS via AppStore. Thanks.

Unfortunately the Kaspersky Community cannot help, having no access to (your) private information, please read & follow: How to request a refund for a Kaspersky application, on the support page - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts - select Email, fill in the template as shown below & provide a *detailed history*, also, IF (you've) previously logged an issue with support include the incident reference number from that issue as well please:
