Roblox and MS OneDrive blocked by Kaspersky

I just experienced an issue with Kaspersky Total Security. What I experience:

1. Unable to launch Roblox, I receive an error message: "httperror: SslConnectFail.

2. Unable to log into microsoft onedrive

3. Kaspersky's Secured browser is crashing.

The weird thing is that the first 2 issue is fixed if I suspend Kaspersky, it solves the problem.

I tried to add these programs to the exceptions (as reliable application), but it is not saving it and I am not sure.

I need help how to configure kaspersky total security allow these applications to connect to the internet.

Please do let me know what information would you require.

Welcome!

1. Make sure (your) Kaspersky Total Security Activation code is saved in (your) MyKaspersky account, https://my.kaspersky.com/MyLicenses#/portal/pages/licenses. 
2. Upgrade to Kaspersky Plus & recheck?

• The upgrade is free & is *like-for-like*
• Read: Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ by Danila T.
• Kaspersky Plus can be downloaded from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product. 
• After *installing* Kaspersky Plus, make sure (you) sign into the Kaspersky Plus *application* with the same email address that (you) use for (your) MyKaspersky account - so Kaspersky Plus app synchronises with the account & picks up the Activation code.

onedrive and roblox is also working as before and my subscription remained the same 🙂
