Hi, Since a few days, KSC consol shows many computers and servers with this warnings:
  1. The device is not managed
  2. The protection is disabled
I tried to re-install the agent and the KES, but it didn't solve the problem. What could be the problem. should I uninstall then re-install the agent and the antivirus on those machines?

Hi, Could you please specify versions that you use and provide full GSI report with event logs from KSC. Thank you!

I figured it out by enabling communication via tcp port 14000. This port was closed since the beginning and it wasn't a problem. I don't what happened in between !

Hi, In order to make Network Agent and KSC work correctly, 13000,14000TCP and 15000UDP should be available at both sides.
