when I boot my computer and Kaspersky starts I get this popup window saying "previous application launch failed" and asking if I want to send data.

I have sent it a few times, but I have no idea what application and what to do about it.

Is it talking about Kaspersky? If so, why is it happening and how do I resolve it?

I am also getting a message periodically on shutdown or reboot that says an instruction @ 58C3B522 reference memory @ 58 and it could not be read - or something similar - if that is connected somehow. It may be a different issue.

kaspersky free av

One other thing.. on the top of the popup I see ".NET-BroadcastEventWindow.4.0.0.0.195205d.0"

Would that be the app that failed?

forget that other thing. It appears I have a memory problem. I guess I need to resolve that and see if I still have this kaspersky issue.

I'll be back.

thanks

I am still getting these pop ups.

Any idea what the "previous application" is? Seems like it has to do with Kaspersky.

Check the health of your system hard disk -> run a ScanDisk, also be sure You have installed all the security updates via Windows Updates, checks also Optionals.

I still have that popup on start.

No info to tell me what application it is talking about.
