pop3 ssl blocked [MOVED]

hello i have KSC11 and endpoint security 11.1.1 installed on windows 7 (32 and 64bit) i was working normally but now it is blocking my pop3 SSL ( my personal server and gmail regular email ) on pc without kaspersky : email works normally with SSL on pc with kaspersky : i am receiving error 0x800CCC1A " your server does not support the encryption type you have specified" i tried disabling the antivirus but error remains - i tried to work a little bit with the firewall and network protection but it didnt work ... only solution is to remove the antivirus completely (uninstall) what should i verify ? //Mod Note: moved to proper section.

Hi, Could you please confirm that the problem reoccurs if port monitoring is disabled?

can you please tell me how to check port monitoring status ?

You can do it locally or via KSC policy at General settings - Network settings - Monitored ports
