PDM Detection Even After Adding to Scan Exclusions and Trusted Applications

We manage it through the OSMP console, and we have noticed that even when a file is added to both "Scan Exclusions" and "Trusted Applications", it is still detected by the PDM module.

The current suggestion is to submit the file for exclusion from the Kaspersky Technical Support, but I’m wondering if there is any other method to prevent this detection.

Also, if a file is added to both Scan Exclusions and Trusted Applications, is it correct that it will still be detected but not deleted?

That PDM detection it is a behavior detection and comes from system Watcher module, if it is a false positive, the exclusion probably won't work, and it should be managed by K. Support, they will fix it tweaking the engine internally.
