Password Manager ignores portal

I have Kaspersky Password Manager (KPM) installed on, and synchronised across, three devices: a desktop computer running Windows 11, a Samsung tablet TAB S9 FE+, and a Samsung phone model A53 5G. The Samsung devices both run Android. I need to frequently access a medical site, Myindici, which is installed on all three devices. KPM works perfectly on the desk top machine but does not work at all on either the tablet or the phone. I am most interested in getting it running on the tablet and I will be referring only to the tablet unless I indicate otherwise.

When logging to the portal for the first time KPM does not try to capture the login data.
When the login data is entered in KPM (either manually or by synchronising with the corresponding data on the desk top), when attempting to login, there is no transfer of the login data from KPM to the login screen. Even when the correct login data is entered in KPM, tapping  “Open in browser” on the tablet will only open the login screen without entering any data.

Why should this be happening?

Tablet Details
Samsung TAB S9 FE+
Android Version 15
Chrome 139.0.7258.158

Portal Address      <https://patientportal.myindici.co.nz/>

Having read my original post, I realise it gives the wrong impression. Kapersky password manager works perfectly well on the two android devices except when attempting to access the Myindici portal.

Hello @Eric the irritated

Welcome back!

Read: Autofill forms and automatically sign in to apps

Any testing in the Community is necessarily limited (by us) bc: (1) we don't have a Tablet device & (2) *most importantly* -> secure sites such as Government, Educational, Medical, etc - where an authenticated-verified-account has to be created & regional regional restrictions etc may apply, make such testing almost impossible, having said that - using our KPM on an Android device - for the Myindici portal -> the KPM app *automatically* prompted for the *login-username & password* & saved those to the KPM app. The 1 - identifies that KPM has saved the data:                                                                                                                                         image.thumb.jpeg.8dc524dfc648a10df481666ac7ba09f2.jpeg

As with (your) previous *similar* issues, please  log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts; on the support page, select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history. Support may request logs, traces & other data; they will guide you.
