Hello.

I am currently running Windows 10 Home 64 bits, and Kaspersky Premium 21.19.7.527(b).

Today I went to check one of my Udemy courses just to find that it wouldn't load properly, specifically, the component that shows the price and basic info about the course, on the right, under the preview video. When you buy a course, you'll see a button to go to it, among other things. In this case, that component remains loading, either on Firefox or on Edge, with and without any add-ons. This, however, doesn't happen when I check any courses that I don't own. It seems to be a problem with Kaspersky intercepting the website's scripts that allow it to change its content dynamically based on the information from my account. Something similar happened with my Discogs collections.

The console has various messages, most of them about Kaspersky's scripts not being blocked by the site and CORS errors.

I've tried adding the site to the exception lists for Anti-Banner and in the Network Configuration. I've tried closing Kaspersky, I've tried turning off Anti-Banner and other things, but the problem persists, thus rendering Udemy partially unusable.

Could this please be fixed?

Hello @Muxxer

Welcome back!

  • *COPY* one of the *console* messages about Kaspersky's scripts not being blocked by the site & post back here please?
  • We're unable to replicate the issue - with *no* exclusions & OR modifications to any Kaspersky feature, in Chrome, Edge & OR Firefox:

  • The Discogs issue, is marked as solved.

A.

  1. As a *TEST ONLY* -> in Network settings -> UNCHECK  Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages -> does the issue persist?
  2. In the Kaspersky Protection extension, for Private browsing, select Allow data collection on this website.
  3. Exit *all* browsers.
  4. Make sure *all* Windows *Updates* have been applied?
  5. Export Kaspersky Settings.
  6. Restore Kaspersky to Default. *Do NOT *Import* the configuration while the problem exists*
  7. Run a Database Update - allow it to complete.
  8. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart; power ON the computer by pressing the power button, login, recheck?
  9. IF the issue persists, *uninstall* Kaspersky, *reboot*, *clean-install* Kaspersky, download new exe from: https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads#update-product.
  10. IF the issue persists, log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as shown; include a *detailed history*.
  11.  *Recreate* the problem - collect Console & HAR logs - READ: How to collect console and HAR logs; submit those with the support request.
  12. *Also* -> IF using Chat -> *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*    image.thumb.png.9fdb452a7c6e7de38dd6a1f1aad9f488.png

Thank you🙏
