My password is gone because of IOS

Hi, I just reset my iPhone. When I downloaded the kaspersky password application again and tried to access my passwords via iOS, it synchronized my passwords. All my passwords were lost because there was no password on the phone.
I need help.

in order to backup your passwords and access them on different devices (or after you reset your single device) you need to used the same MyKaspersky account. 

If you used same account but still after reset and sync you didn't see your passwords please contact support, they will help you https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts .

Are you talking about this → Set up iCloud Keychain ?
