Welcome!

  1.  Which software did you renew?
  2. Have you checked (your) MyKaspersky account, Subscription & License tabs? 
  3. If the software is from the original range, check (your) Spam or Junk email folders? 
  4. Please see Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ, by Danila T. -> Q6. Will I receive an activation code after the purchase? 
  • No. My Kaspersky will be created automatically on the purchase email, license will be added to it, and to install the app user will have to download it from My Kaspersky.

IF there's still a problem, & if you purchased the license from Kaspersky, please contact Support, on the Support page, select Chat or Email, then fill in, Order and payment issues, Delivery issue template; follow this guide to provide the information Support need: What to do if you did not receive the activation code after buying a Kaspersky application

Please share the outcome, with the Community, when it's available?
